Mentor Mentee Comittee

The programme is formulated with an aim of holistic, student-centric development. The mentor-mentee programme is designed to provide continuous academic, personal, and professional guidance to students throughout their institutional journey.

STRATEGIES:

To foster a supportive learning environment by establishing a strong interpersonal relationship between faculty and students. To continuously monitor student progress, provide timely counseling, and effectively resolve academic or personal challenges faced by the mentees.

FUNCTIONS:

• To continuously monitor the academic performance, attendance, and extracurricular participation of the mentees.
• To provide psychological and emotional support to students through regular counseling sessions and personalized interactions.
• To identify learning difficulties, suggest remedial measures for academic improvement, and provide career guidance.
• To maintain comprehensive records of the mentees' overall progress and communicate with parents or guardians when necessary.
