WELCOME TO TRAINING AND PLACEMENT CELL

Training and Placement Cell is a bridge between the Institute and the Industry. The vision of this Cell is to produce not only academically bright engineers but also develop their personalities which are fruitful for building Nation growth through industry strong workforce. The goal of the Training and Placement Cell is to raise student knowledge of various job opportunities and assist them in deciding their career objectives. The Placement Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies. The cell organizes campus recruitment drives as well as pool campus drives for the placement of the students. Our aim is to Place the maximum number of students in reputed MNC’s. The cell endeavor is to update the student in the state of the art technologies and practices of the industries. The T&P cell gives regular updates to the departments as well as students on the campus selection processes of the industry as well as guide and mentors the students in updating their skill sets. Accordingly various expert lectures, workshops & trainings, soft skills sessions are conducted for the students. Institute Mission M1 is expressing about the Institute’s role related to facing Industrial challenges and according to Mission statement “To provide industry-oriented quality technical education to face industrial challenges”. The development of Training & Placement Cell leads to suit the needs of Industry and Society.

Expectation setting, goal setting, organization structure, SWOT analysis, public speaking, presentation skills, e-mail etiquette, grooming, body language, group discussion, as well as personal interview were some of the soft skill training initiatives offered by the institute in collaboration with various organizations. Students are taught by corporate trainers how to develop their life skills, which will significantly increase their chances of getting a job interview.

The Training and Placement cell takes the lead in selecting appropriate industries and arranging industrial training in compliance with the program's needs. This aims to expose students to a real-world industrial environment. This assists in providing hands-on experience in order to solve the industry's existing problems. Industrial training helps students to develop soft skills, life skills, and hands-on practice competencies
