Functions and Responsibilities

1. To formulate and execute the Anti-Ragging cell and squad, officiating in and out of campus.
2. To monitor the overall discipline of the staff and the students.
3. To facilitate and help girls and boys hostel activities
4. To monitor and take corrective measures for students overall attendance etc.

ANTI CAPITATION FEES RULES

College is run under Religious Jain Minority and follows guideline given by Honorable Bombay High Court in regard of capitation Fees Act 1987.

The fees are charged as per the directive of Shikshan Shulk Samiti, Mumbai decided time to time.

Internal Complaint Committee has set up for maintaining the healthy and safe environment for
women and students on campus.So all the students & women employees may approach the cell
members to resolve their complaints if any.

The committee is formulated with an aim to provide relief and protection to women and girls in college campus. (ICC was constituted as per AICTE rules)

Functions and Responsibilities

1. If any of the committee members will receive the appropriate complaint made by the victim. Such complaint mechanism should ensure time bound treatment of complaints.
2. Committee members will ensure that victims or witness are not victimized or discriminated against while dealing complaints of sexual harassment.
3. The complaint mechanism should be adequate to provide where necessary, a complaints committee, a special counselor or other support device, including the maintenance confidentially.
4. Committee should make an annual report to the government department concerned of the complaints and action taken by them.
5. All the committee members should do the awareness of the rights of female employee in this regard should be created in particular by prominently notifying the guidelines in a suitable manner.
6. The committee will be taking care of women’s protection. Regular meeting of Chairman with the committee members regarding the protection of women’s and girls in the college.
7. Presence of all committee members for meeting is compulsory.
8. To make provisions against protection against harassment of women at the workplace.
9. Any of the committee members can receive complains from girls or women.
10. Committee member is duly responsible for the working of committee.
11. Reporting the functioning of the committee to the Principal.
12. The committee will report its decisions, suggestions, finding to the concern person /staff and to the college authorities immediately after meeting.

Functions and Responsibilities

• To prepare an overall comprehensive development plan of the college regarding academic, administrative and infrastructural growth, and enable college to foster excellence in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
• To decide about the overall teaching programmes or annual calendar of the college.
• To recommend to the management about introducing new academic courses and the creation of additional teaching and administrative posts.
• To make specific recommendations to the management to encourage and strengthen research culture, consultancy and extension activities in the college
• To make specific recommendations to the management to foster academic collaborations to strengthen teaching and research.
• To make specific recommendations regarding the improvement in teaching and suitable training programmes for the employees of the college.
• To prepare the annual financial estimates (budget) and financial statements of the college or institution and recommend the same to the management for approval.
• To make recommendations regarding the students' and employees' welfare activities in the college or institution.
• To frame suitable admissions procedure for different programmes by following the statutory norms.
• To plan major annual events in the college, such as annual day, sports events, cultural events, etc.
• To recommend the administration about appropriate steps to be taken regarding the discipline, safety and security issues of the college or institution ;
• To consider and make appropriate recommendations on inspection reports, local inquiry reports, audit report, report of National Assessment and Accreditation Council, etc.
