          The role of supervisory is one of the important identity of school operation, it has been and continues to be a very challenging aspect of administration in the school. I accept it and shall improve the instructional performance in accordance to the professional code established by the ministry education.   

          I ensure to approach each day and situation with positivity and optimism. I will inspire the staff to do something for the betterment of the school   and students.

          Being a supervisor of the school, I will try my level best to maintain the discipline of the students and if need I will council the students. Proper instructions will be provided regarding the different education programme. Ensure about the parents participation in the running of the school.

          I shall take efforts to achieve the vision and mission for excellence in quality education for the students.
